Every instructor is amazing! I try to hit the hot yoga at 530 some weeknights but I've been to other classes as well and every instructor is genuinely there because they know what they are doing and love their practice!

I visited your studio and thought it was really nice. I usually go to the one in Pasadena which is close to my house. My daughter goes to Cal State Fullerton and wanted to try out your studio. We both liked it and the teacher.

I really enjoy Heather Oh's sculpt. She does a fabulous job mixing it up and providing a tough workout with great motivation! Minsun's hpf is fabulous and she keeps it the perfect warm temperature for that class! I also enjoy Ally and Chelsea's classes!

Everyone has been very friendly. I've never really done yoga before and the C1 classes have been easy to follow. The studio is very clean as well.
