Great workout and friendly people
The studio is clean and the staff are absolutely amazing! I was well informed by the staff and made to feel comfortable and welcome. I had an amazing week and I would love to come back! My only criticism is that there needs to be another option in packages maybe 100/mo for 2 visits per week.
Instructors are great and best part is that there are classes in the evenings! I work so it's great to go to classes after work to unwind
I love the way I feel after a good class. It's subtle but I feel stronger each time I go. I really appreciate the night classes which motivates me even more. Everyone who works and teaches there are so friendly.
Great instructors. They make you feel so welcome. They are all just really warm people. Shout outs to Angie, Anthony, Ryan, Karen, David, seriously all of them are great in their own way. This studio also offers a variety of classes at different times so you can pretty much always get a class in! Easy-to-access location.
