The staff are very friendly and helpful. They all ask if you'd like to have adjustments or not which I think is important for classes with varying levels of students.

I love the heated yoga, the yogi guides all have wisdom to impart. I love the 1 hour routine, it is perfect. It would be wondetful to have seat protectors in the restrooms however!! Thanks for your consideration!

I was a first Timer and was struggling with my poses and veronika took the time to help me with the poses. It boosted my confidence and I felt more comfortable. I enjoyed the class and looking forward to more classes!

I absolutely love Heather's classes. She does a great job of mixing up the workouts and music. No two classes are the same. She is passionate about teaching her classes and it shows by the amount of work and effort she puts into each class. I am continually amazed at how fresh and new she keeps Yoga Sculpt. I am a huge fan :)
