I am a first time home owner, so I am kind of nervous about the quality and hidden problems of the house. Brent was very professional. His whole home inspection report included aspects that you wanted to know about your house. The report has explanations for the terms that you were not familiar with, so if you have time to read them, it will be knowledgeable. If there were things that he could not inspect, he would tell you why. He pictured every details that he thought unusual. He had a keen observation. He inspected even the small things such as the out of battery remote or noisy of the fan. When he found marring, lifted fasteners, and cracking on my 2-years-old roof, which were out of his knowledge, he recommend me to ask a roof contractor to inspect it. Actually, he had recommendations on nearly everything that he found, so a home owner who knew nothing about house would not be worried about what to do. I weren't there when he inspected the house, but he explained the result to me by phone. When I asked for more specific explanation with a tour of the house, he promised me to do it later. He really knows how to do his job and values customers' opinions. I highly recommend him for the whole house inspection.
