My new home was given a A+ by your inspector. He happen to miss the fact that my roof leaked all the way to the basement. Also the basement took on water every time it rains. Also the garage floods every time it rains. So far I'm $1000 plus in the hole trying to fix these problems. I put my trust into your company to give me a professional inspection from top to bottom and for what I paid you I am very disappointed.

Several things were missed during the inspection or flat out not even checked.
I contacted Bill and let him know I needed his services in a short time frame. He was able to come out within days on such a short notice. I wasn't able to be there but my sister -n-law stated he was very professional & friendly.

Seems to be thorough and complete.

Once we moved into the house there were many things wrong with the house that didn't come in the inspection.
I've noticed some ceiling stains in one of the bedrooms that was not noticed during the inspection, not very thorough job. Seemed very quick inspection for the size of the home
