How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

there was incorrect information on the report stating the roof was not visible for inspection because of snow. there was no snow or ice present at the time of inspection. i'm not sure why a complete inspection of the roof was not completed.

What do you like about our services?

Simple...cool dude. Felt like I was talking to a friend...any question my mother or I had he listened and answered fully...regardless if it might have been a dumb question or not..like I said, down to earth, good guy and easy to talk to..would recommend to anyone needing a inspection
