We really enjoy the 6:30 yoga class with Jean and hope that we can continue to attend it. We live close to the Y, but don't work close, so 6:00 is probably the earliest we could get to a class.

All about the people who serve and go there - not about the facilities as can find outstanding facilities in JOCO like LifeTime at only 50% more. I work with personal trainer (Lindsey), have classes with Derek, Jim and Erin - all who care about progress of each participant. The education class on nutrition was exceptional as well. I've just joined, but I like the looks of the facility; it appears to be clean and bright. And the staff so far has been very friendly and helpful. Nice atmosphere, convenient hours and a good variety of classes.

I appreciate their healthy eating plan and the variety of activities that occur throughout the day. The teachers also seem invested into my children and greet them enthusiastically. Having the option of swim lessons on property once per week is also a great added bonus.
