What does the Y do really well?

It is a fun environment for kids. My daughter loves playing basketball through the YMCA, attending kids night out and going to child care at the YMCA.

The Y offers a feeling of warmth and pleasure in seeing and being able to greet me. Others who entered were shown the same treatment as well. The kindness and patience in offering explanations was great. I expect to have the same experience when I return at the appointed time.

Rich has been very responsive to concerns of us (customers.) The cleaner locker, pool, and taking down the lap lane during AM Water Exercise MWF is greatly appreciated. Thank you!
