The staff at Cleaver YMCA continue to improve the experience and seem to be looking out for ALL the members needs. The new food pantry is a positive step towards helping families with food insecurity. The executive director, Tami Carolan is kind, caring, professional and listens. It’s great having the life guards we need and teachers that are happy to be there helping others. It just gets better and better
The facility is well equipped, and well maintained. There’s plenty of equipment for my needs. The staff and patrons are friendly. I particularly appreciate that the staff and patrons are diverse in age, physical ability, gender, race, background, and more. It is truly a place for everyone and free from judgment.
I do think the upkeep on the cardio machines could be improved. For example of the 2 bikes, one has been out for months. They are popular and if parts aren't available any longer, time to obtain a new model! I would recommend that any new cardio machines include a fan built in. Really helps with a workout. Thanks.

I like the variety of classes offered and the congeniality with other YMCA members. The front staff is always welcoming and the members willing to help one another. The staff is professional and approachable. The location is very close to my house which makes it convenient to participate during the day.
