I like everyone that works up front, we love Ariel in child care, we love Kathy in the pool and the facility/ building itself is just beautiful. The equipment is not old any outdated. We love that their is a nice track aswell.
I love the classes but hate that the rooms are so hot in the summer. I think it’s dangerous for the instructors. Please think of investing in some roll up black out blinds to keep the light reflected and the rooms cooler.

I like the 6 am classes and am thrilled that you have found a new instructor to replace Maddie. She was a terrific instructor. Love Gary's Saturday morning class! It continues to be the favorite for many.
I am disappointed to learn that Darrin is not going to continue with the Thursday am class but do understand that his wife's schedule did change. I would like to see at least one more early (5:30 or 6am) morning class.

The best part was my personal trainer, Maddi. Unfortunately she has moved away but due to her excellent assistance I will continue to come to the Y and use the weight machines and do the exercises she taught me.
I also like the diversity, a very big plus for me. I like the range of ages and races. One of the few places I see this in KCMO.

Great experience. I’m so glad that we joined. Everyone is really friendly and always willing to help with any questions or concerns. I also love that I can go there with my family. It gives us a family activity that we can enjoy together. Great choice to join.
