I love everything about the Cleaver Family YMCA. It's a beautiful community of health seekers who support and care about one another. The staff is simply amazing...with the leadership of Billy, Beth and Chad creating a cohesive, positive and fun environment. Hands down, the best YMCA in the land : )

the new YMCA 360 ap is really annoying. Each time I try to check in it treats me like I have never signed up. I have to have a verification code sent to my email and then enter that until I get to the screen where I can pull up my membership barcode.
I like the videos, but this is ridiculous.
Great customer service. Everyone smiles here. People respond to phone calls and call back if I have to leave a message. I can check each day if the pool is open. And I appreciate the diversity of people.
Staff and community
Tammy, Chad, Billy, Akila, Will...I know I'm probably forgetting someone...are part of the friendliest staff for any public-facing organization in KC. It's a great facility with new equipment...a true community treasure.
Facility is consistently clean and it's easy to come in, get a good workout!
