Cleanliness- especially in winter when people keep wearing their nasty street salt covered shoes on the equipment.
Courtesy- people keep sitting on the equipment between reps, sometimes on their phone with no intention of doing another set, and won’t let someone work in.

I've just recently tried the Monday/Wednesday Yoga and then Meditation class with Diana and I really love it. She's a great teacher and the combination of having the Yoga class from 5:30-6:30 then followed by the Meditation class at 6:30 is just perfect. Thanks for adding these classes to your schedule and for having such an excellent instructor as Diana teaching them!

Best place to swim -- ever -- with the heated water. But former Mayor and current Rep. Cleaver should have ordered 6 lap lanes instead of the 2.
The staff!! From the front desk to the lifeguards to the group exercise instructors, everyone has been exceptionally kind and welcoming to my kiddo and me as we made the switch to this Y after moving from a different area of metric KC.
