The Y facility has many machines to work out on, keeping me from waiting for certain equipment. I also think the support groups are excellent! Having been a member for many years, I find the staff and members of the Y to be very nice, kind and helpful.

Provides a wide variety of opportunities for members to exercise, have better health, meet your friends, make new friends, and have fun!! All you have to do show up - early morning, afternoons, and/or evenings. Also a great staff who's always willing to help you.

My children love going to the Y with me to exercise. I have a younger child and she is always running around enjoying herself in a safe place. Staff is very friendly.

What does the Y do really well?

Love our Y! Our 3 year old daughter absolutely loves to go to Kid's Zone. The Kid's Zone staff are awesome caretakers. We love working out at this location, but the quality childcare is the biggest blessing of all. We can have a "date" walking and talking in the lazy river or on the track. And then there is Kid's Night Out. Possibly the favorite night of the month for all three of us. We get a 4 hour date for $15. Amazing!
