The YMCA has always provided a wide variety of healthy mental and physical exerfcises for all age groups. Now it is doing this in a state of the art facility. Thank you.

What does the Y do really well?

The Y is a very welcoming place. The staff is normally courteous and thoughtful. The equipment is cleaned on a regular basis and the floors are always picked up. Only negative I've experienced is it takes a long time to get equipment fixed. I enjoy using the Y and always feel comfortable working out there.

It allows my whole family to work out and lead a healthy life. My kids enjoy their time playing in the kid zone and my wife, mom and me all have different activities, sports and group exercises we like to attend.
