Everything, it is all good from the time of arrival until we leave the Y!! Thanks!!
The Classes( The Best of The Best ) front desk is just like family , the teachers of all the Classes they take you in as one big happy community. Management on the top of everything like peace of cake , maintenance is out standing , cleanness Is great and day care is just great .
Thank you for all what you do for us .
The variety of fitness classes, hours of operation and the proximity to my home makes the Y a great choice for me.
Offering many types of class throughout the day is wonderful. Also offering daycare for the kids so my husband and I can work our at the same time makes the Y easy to use.
Great instructors! Lot's of options for classes or individual workout.
Clean!
They are open 7 days a week, a variety of classes, and many options for work outs. I don't have young kids, but if I did, the day care is a nice option.
This Y does everything well.
Great staff, flexibility as to hours and exercise as much as you want.
Excellent facility, equipment and pricing
Built in entertainment on and around equipmenm makes exercise enjoyable versus drudgery..
My son was in the exercise area for the first time. A staff member took him under her wing and educated him on which machines were better suited for him. She was caring and she gave him a lanyard. I appreciate an environment that fosters healthy living for all.
Makes everyone feel so welcome!
Clean facility. Helpful employees.
It’s clean. (Big pool could be cleaner). Friendly staff- Connie and front desk is especially nice. Equipment is in good shape
Love the classes
A variety of classes is a must. The Y is always clean.
I love all the cardio equipment... both the number and variety. I never have to wait for anything and can mix it up however I need!
Love the group classes especially Olivia!
The group classes offer something for everyone, no matter the skill level or age. I love the Y!!
Have a variety of equipment
Make people feel welcome and the staff is helpful.
pretty much everything.
A variety of classes for everyone. However, I have heard from many younger friends with chronic illness that they would like to see late afternoon/weekend water aerobic classes. Many of them have tried Jackie’s class and felt there was too much socializing and not enough workouts to make the class worthwhile.
The one thing that my wife and I find quite irritating is that the lazy river is almost always closed in the afternoon when we come in no matter what time it is. WE are both senior citizens and I am a 100% disabled vet. Either there is poor staffing practices or the staff on hand is not placed properly. On several occasions I have seen a Lifeguard placed in the lap pool area with no one swimming and if a patron were to come in there are open lanes in the main pool complex. Plus the head lifeguard is in the office most all of the time of our visit usually just surfing the net? while there are individuals wanting to use the lazy river but can't due to no one staffing that area that can easily be seen from the lifeguard station which should be sufficient to open even without a guard in the middle of the lazy river. I realize that the Y is slow in the afternoon but this limits the quality of mine and other patrons visit that have leg and other injuries that do not allow a standard hike. Please take this into consideration with staffing and placement of staff thank you..

My second home😀

I love the classes. I do bodypump, cxworks, rpm and some of the yoga/pilates-type classes. The instructors are excellent and seem very dedicated to making sure we are using proper form/technique. It’s a clean facility and the staff is always friendly. We’ve also participated in a few of the older adult activities (dinner theatre, croquet) and really enjoyed them. So glad I’ve joined the Y.
