The Y offers a variety of classes and exercise programs to fit just about anyone's needs and interests. Equipment is maintained and if a problem arises, the staff addresses it immediately. The facility is always clean. There are social events on a regular basis for members of all ages. The staff are always friendly and willing to help.
Family c an enjoy separate in different parts. Kids have fun on there own making it easier to focus on self.

I love the Expresso bikes. I wish there were more.
The Zumba Gold, Aqua Zumba, Yoga, & other instructors are what make the score a 10 for me. I'm in better shape than I have been in years since I joined 3 years ago. The facility, equipment, locker rooms are basic but nice enough. The pool & steam dry saunas are great.
The only complaints I can think of are the shower heads & ventilation. The showers are terrible. The water comes out hard & is almost painful. Sometimes the air is bad so I think there is a ventilation problem not getting enough fresh air into the facility.
The facility itself is very good. Would like more free weights and room to use them and some Biodex Biostep seated elipticals but overall a full compliment of offerings.
