Me encanta la tranquilidad de la alberca!!! Pero en mi opinión, las damas ocupan la mayor parte de la mañana con sus gimnasia un grupo inicia a las 6:30 y terminan a las 7:30 Sólo dejan 30 minutos libres y después inicia otro grupo de damas de 8 de la mañana y terminan casi las 11 de la mañana. La mayor parte de su gimnasia consiste en platicar sus experiencias y ocupar toda la alberca deberían dejar un carril para los que nos gusta nadar. Esa es mi opinión

My entire household can go and be in each others company. Rather just on a slow pace work out lol shooting around “basketball” or me just sitting in kid zone with my granddaughter🥰 Very important the staff that I have engaged with are so friendly and helpful.
Clean facilities, Friendly staff - finally got new shower heads in the men's locker room - pet peave for awhile for me. The Y offers a number of options for classes and fitness. I wish the suana wouldn't be out of service as much.
Friendly and non judgemental for people not in the fittest of shape. I am encouraged by the staff to go at my pace to achieve fitness and health goals.
