I like the instructors and the variety of classes that are offered.
I would like to see things get cleaned and fixed. The fans in the group exercise room have been broken for a year. I along with others have told the front desk but nothing gets done about it. Instead you hang a television but don't fix the equipment.
Also it would be nice to increase the cleaning of the floors in the group exercise room as well. There are dust bunnies along the edge of the room and the floor only looks like it gets moped once in a blue moon.
Our membership fees increased so I would think the funds would go to support the facility.

Convenient location. Clean facility. They need more workout/elliptical equipment. They need better Direct TV reception to look at while on the cardio machines

Friendly Staff conveniently located. But do upgrade the shower soap dispensers asap!
pros: like the people and the facilities are fine.
cons: cost is expensive compared to other places in the metro kansas city area.
locker room could be cleaner . need some one to go in and check on it during the period it
