First and foremost: the staff! I cannot say enough positive things about BJ. She is calm, kind, funny, and direct. That’s to the children and the parents. She runs a tight ship in the most amazing way. Kel is her right hand and she is also incredible. They do such a wonderful job with providing opportunities to both play and learn; it is such a wonderful program. I am so grateful for them, and the entire Y care team, for the experience that my daughter and all of the and the Y club kiddos (& parents) get, thanks to their work ethic and passion for kids.

My daughter loves going to Y Club after school at Trailridge. She's safe, has active and quiet play opportunities, free time with friends, and crafts. Cassandra and her whole team are fun for the kids, but clearly professional. Couldn't ask for a better solution for after school care needs.
Lansing Y Club has been an amazing program for my son since kindergarten. Good staff and easy going! Great events and field trips during the summer.
I say it every year but Ms. Melisa is absolutely the reason this program is a success. She is generous, kind, always goes above and beyond and the kids all love and respect her so much. I don’t know that I can actually explain how important Melisa is to my family. She even goes to the kids sporting events on her days off. The bond that she is building with these kids is almost unheard of nowadays. She always knows exactly what to say to turn a bad morning around and get the kids ready for an awesome day at school. Melisa is a blessing to my family as well as the rest of the DRE kids. I hope she always remembers how important she is and the lives that she is helping to shape.

Our 2nd grade daughter absolutely loves Y-Care! It actually warms my heart when I'm there to pick her up when she says "I don't want to leave, daddy!" :) Kudos to Brooke and the team for fostering a wonderful environment for all the kiddos. We are so grateful for Y-Care!
Friendly, loving, and caring staff/teachers. My daughter loves going to Y-club because she loves her teachers, the snacks, and the different planned activities and games that are planned in Y-Club.
My kids have a great time. They have a variety of activities and plenty of time outside or the gym on inclement weather days. I love the limits set on Chromebook use this year! The staff are great too.
Our girls look forward to going to Y-Club each day, and I am continually impressed with the level of activities that are available to them each and every day! All of the Y-Club staff at Mason are exceptional, and we feel very lucky to have our girls with such capable and loving staff!

Thank you for the great experience my Grand Daughter has received while in the care of LS YClub, both last year via PreK and this year via Kindergarten. Both building staff has been a joy to see daily; nice, friendly and involved with the kiddos. Communication is great also
It has been wonderful this far! My son really enjoys his time there, he has learned a lot and the staff has been really great to work with!
Our son can be a little hard to handle at the end of the day and Mr Tony does a great job supporting him and communicating with us. Our only feedback is that we would love to see the group split by age group. Our son comes home sharing concerning stories about his interactions with the older kids.

My daughter has a lot of fun at Yclub. The leaders at the HHE location are all very friendly and answer any questions I have.
Y Club provides a safe and constructive environment for my child after school and until I am done with work. I am a single parent that works full time, and Y Club is a life saver. BJ and our team go out of their way to plan enriching experiences, often integrating the interests and desires of the kids in the Y Club program. Happy, safe kids means happy, satisfied families.
The SPE site leader is really great about connecting with kids and families! The kids get the opportunity to play, run around, and move their bodies before school starts which I believe helps my very active kid focus more in school.
