Mrs. Gail who runs the program is AMAZING! Seriously cares about each and every student and takes pride in her work. She is what makes the program at Greenwood and passes it down to her staff! All of the staff is amazing!!

The staff at our Y Care location (Sunrise Pt) is truly awesome. My son loves and respects Mr Ray so much, the rapport they have is so touching. Mr Ray goes above and beyond to help our kiddo become a more mature, considerate, and kind person. We feel so lucky that our son gets after school care from such attentive and loving staff. Our son made sure that I knew what day we need to sign up for next year already, and made me set several alarms for it :)
Beyond loving who the staff are as people, Y Care is honestly an impressive value. There's no way we would get a babysitter for the hours we do (between early grabs for sports and getting hi sometimes around 5:40, I'd say we average 8 hours of care/week) for the price we pay. And Y Care is sooo much more than babysitting, as mentioned!

Early learning preschool through Shawnee mission is affordable, has quality learning for the children, and safe. This is my child’s first school experience and I’ve grown to trust them with her! She’s always so happy to share what she learned that day with her friends!

We love the after school Y care program. They do lots of crafts and activities with the kids. My daughter loves it.
Ms Stacey, who runs our school site is absolutely incredible. She is warm and caring and consistently goes above and beyond for the kids in her care. You can tell she truly cares about each and every one of them. She is very reliable and I’ve never seen her miss a day. She is a warm spot in my chaotic morning and knowing that my kids are loved and well cared for gives me such peace of mind as a parent. She is constantly planning fun activities and crafts and caters the activities to what the kids are into. She plans parties and celebrations. It’s truly amazing. We are so grateful for Ms Stacey at Oak Hill and all she does!!
We love that our child gets to stay at school and doesn't need to take a bus or get transported to a separate location. We love that she has made friends of all ages at Y Club and learns to interact with all different types of kids--not just those at her grade level.

The Belinder Y-Club is amazing. The staff are kind and caring, and always have an exciting schedule planned to keep the kids occupied. My child is not sitting at home on a device, but rather playing outside, interacting with peers, and working on STEAM enrichment activities that support his growth and development. BJ, Kel and team work well together and are an asset for our school. The team goes out of their way to support the kids interests, for example creating a Marvel club for those boys and girls interested in drawing, design, and storytelling to allow them to be expressive in a "cool" format. I couldn't wish for a better after-school care program.
I like that Y-Care plans activities and it is not just an unstructured free for all.
