Love all the classes. All staff are really nice and so helpful. From trainers to cleaners.

Dawn is brilliant. I love Monday Primetime now that she's looked by after it. Best class by far.

It's small and friendly, good variety of classes and I love the six weekly review thing with a PT. The PT's are always around for questions and always show interest.

Spinning classes great. Dawn, Ian and new instructor last weekend especially good. Two locations close to work and home. Friendly staff. Equipment good although rowing machines in icon seem knackered and need replacement.
