It's small and friendly, good variety of classes and I love the six weekly review thing with a PT. The PT's are always around for questions and always show interest.

I love the classes and the opening hours being quite flexible too.
Staff are great and super helpful!
Would be great to get new mats for the studio :-) (the blue ones are quite stained already)
