I am delighted to be back n using the club facilities again. You have made a Hugh effort to make the club safe n comfortable. The outdoor space where the classes are held is amazing. I felt very safe while working out in this area. You even managed to make the previous car park to look well aesthetically with flowers n green areas !!
You should be recommended for the efforts you have made.
The new app to book classes is also amazing. !! I had often given out about the previous one and as Sean said to me ‘ we do listen to our members !!!’ Well done to all involved

The club has been amazing - hand sanitisers, innovative thinking with their outdoor classes and the same friendly smiles.

The only thing I have been finding difficult is the lack of paper towel and sprays to clean the equipments. Very often the paper towels finish and we need to cross the gym floor to get some paper, then we figure out that the spray is not working properly (blocked or broken). It would be nice if we could have the paper towel and the sprays frequently replaced.

I usually go late evening so not really an issue for me, but just wonder if the mix of equipment on the floor needs to be looked at given covid means a lot of items can't be used e.g. are there some pieces that could be stored to allow space to enable other pieces to be used e.g. if treadmills are heavily used, but ,say, rowing machines are not, then maybe another treadmill could be allowed for use by removing a rowing machine (that's just a hypothetical example!)

Also, the TV's all show the same channel - think some variety is needed. Also, not sure if you can tune in on all items of the equipment as I haven't tried since pre-covid and some didn't function then

Please have more than one channel on the 4 TVs, preferably one with music videos.

Really enjoyed both outdoor class and swim. Would love the outdoor classes to continue.

I did the core at lunchtime and would like to do again during the week but the are scheduled too close together Tuesday and Wed. Have you considered recording class to make available at hone?

So far I am very happy with the way the gym has reopened! The outdoor classes are really good! A 3rd Primetime class would be great!

When indoor classes resume I would like to see antigen testing for those members not yet vaccinated!

I would like to see into the future covid vaccination proof being required to use the gym during winter.
Outside facilities look great.

Continue the outdoor classes as an option even when indoor allowed!

I think you have done a tremendous job as a club between three lockdowns. It was a huge adjustment to have make, providing online zoom classes, preparing all the social distancing measures, and infection control and prevention measures. The staff are exceptional. You all work really hard and do your very best to accommodate everyone. So I think you have done everything you possibly can as a club since reopening again

To be honest think you are doing everything possible . The act of having to book a session actually helps with my self discipline and attendance.!!

Not enough sprays to clean after use at the 19:40 slot

More covid spray dispensers throughout the gym floor. Refilling of shower gel dispensers in shower room. The gym is very welcoming and clean.

A slightly better option than 7.45am in the mornings for the gym floor - 7.15/7.30 would work a lot better for those starting work at 9
