Great trainers who make the classes fun. Gym is spotless and feels safe to workout in. Reception staff always happy to assist and help when asked.

For me everything is excellent. Classes which are my main focus and reason for going to to the gym are constantly been added to . The trainers are superb...
Only suggestion....another indoor dance class would be great if possible.

I can’t think of anything that’s not being done.

Instructors are doing a great job in keeping spirits up in the typical Feb weather. I’d love to see a couple of afternoon classes as evenings are dark and I work mornings.

I enjoy coming to gym. Everyone is doing a great job.

Can you please put up a bracket in each of the two studios for the battle ropes?
Is it possible to have at least one skier machine upstairs ?
Last thing, can you put on a boxing class in the mornings during the week, and also a circuit class in the large studio.

Love this gym. Very friendly staff, especially Monty and Dave at the front desk. Instructors are great too. Some of the classes like pilates hard to get on. Would love more classes with Leon and also a way to know who is delivering the class on the app if possible, or what level it is. Sound system sometimes not great, it can be difficult to hear some of the instructors. But overall fantastic gym Heather

Can you reinstate meditation classes?

Covid is an airborne disease. Transmission by contact with surfaces is now known to be very rare (see WHO website). Hence, cleaning gym machines and weights after use should no longer be necessary. Far better just to sanitise hands thoroughly and regularly.

The club is doing really well during a difficult time and is supporting government guidelines fully, which is a great reassurance to members. Please keep your very high standards going on health and safety.

Club is great - the only thing is that the TV's used to all have the same channel showing, now there's two channels. When raised previously, there was a difficulty changing it so all were left showing the same station. since someone has now figured out how to change it, maybe they could be changed to show 4 stations for variety. I don't look at them, but wife would like it [I'm also not sure if all the treadmills etc can connect to the sound though - seem to recall that was an issue years ago]
