I love the community of people at Midtown so much, they are all so warm and welcoming. Also the classes are challenging, so I do prefer the classes that I have attended at Midtown over other locations. The studio is always clean and well maintained as well
Friendly/knowledgable instructors, Covid precautions, variety of classes and instructors.
Ponce has all of my favorite instructors, great windows in the studios, clean, cool and just has a great inviting friendly community vibe to it. The only downside is the parking, sucks to pay each time and the parking lot can be a zoo on weekends and it can be hard to find a spot.

Emily F was an excellent instructor. Her class was the perfect mix of challenge and restore. Her cues were very helpful and the transitions felt good in my body. The studio was very clean and I felt comfortable with their covid precautions. I have been doing yoga for over 12 years and this studio and Emily in particular are top notch!

The staff is so kind and welcoming. The calming environment in all classes really allow me unwind and get better at my practice. The yoga instructors also do a great job maintaining covid guidelines while still providing great instruction.
