COVID practices
I absolutely feel safe and love the experience at Core Power. I’ve gone back to class since August 2020 and I practice daily, sometimes for 2 classes. The teachers are amazing and very friendly. It is a very well planned class and all safety protocols are followed. We are all masked, socially spaced apart with only a handful of people in class. The instructors also sanitize each classroom after a yoga session. Core Power is simply amazing and such a a breath of fresh air — literally and figuratively. Thank you CPY! I’m so grateful for your amazing and inspiring community!

I love the community of people at Midtown so much, they are all so warm and welcoming. Also the classes are challenging, so I do prefer the classes that I have attended at Midtown over other locations. The studio is always clean and well maintained as well
