Good company with good employees. Unfortunately Superior has been hit with the same manpower staffing problems as other employers. Many retirements and too few new employees willing to handle existing position requirements. I had to wait three months to get an annual maintenance service appointment. I’ve also had billing issues resulting from errors made by the company. Additionally, I just received a fuel delivery in May - why? The weather is warm and no propane should have been delivered until Sept. My concern is that the fuel will evaporate somewhat during the warm summer months and cost me an unnecessary loss of money.

I like having a monthly budget plan for oil. Your delivery system for knowing when I need my auto delivery is accurate and appreciated. Any time I have called the office, I have been treated very well. My dealings with Tom and Mike regarding an oil tank replacement and follow up were very positive. Also, the technicians replacing the oil tank were efficient, hard-working, and professional. These traits by all your employees I have had contact with matter to me as a customer.

My wife and I moved to Litchfield from Maine in July, we needed a 500 gallon propane tank, all the underground and interior piping done. we called your company and they sent out Thomas Ismail, he was Great, he set everything up and it couldn't have gone any smoother. Their tech Gus came and ran all the propane lines, He also was Great, the inspector even said what a beautiful job they did, We are on automatic delivery and we could not be happier.
