So far so good.
I appreciate the 24/7/365 service if I need Superior. And unfortunately over the years I have had to call - generally the wait time is not really too long and I find that one of the best features. I have also found that working with Kathy in particular absolutely WONDERFUL. She is efficient and pleasant and always able to help - she is really the BEST. However I also have to say that over the many many years that I have dealt with Superior I have always had a fuel delivery on time and simply cannot complain about service.

We have used Superior since we moved to Torrington, in 2003 they were the only company able to help us right away, great to work with, friendly service! Using the app is so easy to get orders delivered - we get heating oil and propane.
