One comment about the contract period. The contract ends annually on April 30th. Deliveries made after April 30th and before the new contract renewal are billed at the retail? rate, a rate that is sometimes double or more. Although those bill(s) are adjusted when the next contract is signed it is a bit of a nutty maker!

In thirty-two years we have never had a problem with deliveries, repairs or maintenance. Superior Plus has continued this level of quality service for us. Your office staff are courteous and helpful and your service techs are knowledgeable and thorough. I see no need to look elsewhere.
I work for an answering service and in the winter I take calls for oil and propane companies on the other side of the state. I see how some companies treat their customers. I wish to urge oil and propane users to get on a budget plan, buy a service contract, sign up for auto delivery, and above all else check your tank gauges regularly. No one should be cold in the winter.
