They (the woman who answered the phone) immediately solved my problem of being too short to read the meter and not knowing how much propane was in the tank. She immediately scheduled a fill-up and put me on a metered plan that will alert them when my tank needs propane. I'm very grateful for her kindness, understanding and immediate help
