The delivery service is efficient and timely. We never need to call for a fill-up, it just happens at the appropriate intervals. Further, on the rare occasions that I've needed to talk to the White Haven office the customer service team is outstanding. They know what they are doing and have resolved the minor issues immediately.

I ran out of propane last week and I requested an order to refill my tank. From reading on the website it could have taken a few days which is understandable.
We were out shopping and I received a voicemail from the driver stating that my tank was filled.!! WOW!! What great service.
Even though the days were getting warmer but the nights still cool we were able to sit out on our sunporch that night and enjoy the fireplace to take the chill out!

Easy and staff have become much more efficient. Also I like that my phone calls go directly to my local office instead of the “main” office which they did when I first got your service. I rarely got a call back at that time but now they actually answer the phone.

I really appreciate the reliability and reputation of Superior.....However, i would like to see more competitive pricing, since other vendors in my area off better fixed pricing
