Very welcoming environment. No judgement only encouragement. Classes follow same routine for that level regardless of instructor making it easy to track progress and get stronger each visit.

I tried yoga sculpt for the first time and while challenging, it was so much fun! Great work out.
I love the flow and the teachers are very friendly. However, it takes me 40 minutes to get there so I will not become a member for that reason only. They need a CPY in Loudoun county like in Leesburg.
Lindsey is a great instructor. The studio is spacious and clean.
