I have been happy with mathnasium and my child's progress. They have a very structured program and are willing to work on weaker skills as well as advanced concepts. Its been much better than a tutor for the price.

I am very satisfied so far with Mathnasium's quality of instruction and services. I needed a math tutor to help "fill in the gaps" and assist with homework when needed. Mathnasium does exactly that. I must add that communicating with the folks there is easy for the most part. There are circumstances when you do not need to use the app to schedule (such as when scheduling makeups) which is a little confusing. My daughter likes all the teachers there and feels comfortable asking questions. Definitely worth the money, you get more, and its less expensive than a private tutor. I also like the progress notes and tracking of skills learned. A great program.

My son is enjoying going to mathnasium and is happy to learn! He does not come back confused about any of the work that is taught at mathnasium. He says he doesn't go for the rewards, its actually to learn- the teachers must be doing a great job!
It has worked well for my son but I am not sure most kids would be attracted to the quiet environment and workbook questions. If you could bring in some math games that kids can play for a little while it would be more attractive. Just a suggestion!
