Good place to learn math for school.
Mathnasium is organized fun. Both kids go twice a week and look forward to each session. Instructors cultivate a fun environment and conversation with the kids. I can see progress over the summer and look forward to the new school year's standardized testing.
Great experience so far
Mathnasium of North Potomac is incredible! Every single one of the instructors are outstanding in how they work with the kids, explain the concepts, and make the time spent at Mathnasium to be super fun and enjoyable. My twins have improved substantially their understanding and application of math. They truly love coming into Mathnasium. Really commend Clayton and the Team!! I really can't say enough good things about them! Keep up the great work!!
Our kids love Mathnasium! The instructors are engaged and make the lessons fun. As parents, we love that our kids are learning how to think and not just memorize facts. We also appreciate how the lesson plans are geared to the needs and interests of each student on an individual basis. Finally, Clayton (the Executive Center Director) is engaged, responsive, and really cares about the success of the students and instructors.
Jackie loves going to Mathnesium. The staff is very friendly and helpful. She enjoys the time with friends and also the rewards for completing worksheets.

Keeps my daughter on course in school
Our son has shown good progress and continues to advance in maths. He enjoys it more now and has learned alot of strategies to solve complex math problems for his grade level. Since joining Mathnasium, he has progressed from grade level math to Advanved math in school.
As parents, we are happy to see the continued growth and progress in this area of his education. He loves his tutors at the North Potomac center and we look forward to his engaged participation and progress!

This year my boys took a sample HSPT, so their school could identify sections that they need to work on. In the math sections, because of Mathnasium, they need no extra work. Thank you Mathnasium.
My daughter (8th grader) has been at Mathanasium North Potomac for the last 6 months. She has really been engaged and benefitted from the sessions. Teachers are good, and the support from the office and team has also been outstanding.
Our daughter struggled with math through all of elementary school. She did not want to discuss math with us, her parents. We were at our wits end and after reading all the positive reviews of Mathnasium and discussing our concerns with the center director, we decided to enroll her. She actually likes going to the Mathnasium classes and listed it as one of her favorite activities that she does. Math has become less anxiety-provoking to her, and she views Mathnasium as a fun place to learn. The director, Clay is very responsive to emails and texts and all of the staff have been great!
