My son hates math and is extremely behind academically but he loves Mathnasium and has improved greatly in the last 3 months. While it is expensive they work hard to get them caught up as fast as possible. My son loves the points system and getting rewards so that if very motivating for him. He also really likes all the instructors he has met.

I have seen a great improvement in my daughter math skills. It is also great that Mathnasium allows time to do school math homework that the student needs help on.
All 3 of my daughters have been going to Mathnasium for a couple of years. They love it there. Their reward system is amazing and functions also as a learning tool that my girls enjoy. All the staff are friendly and competent. The owner, Jonathan, is very responsive to our concerns and questions and very prompt to respond to emails. This is a very well run program. Mathnasium has helped my girls excel at math at their respective schools. They also go to Mathnasium because they enjoy it.
Our children are extremely happy and are genuinely enjoying. This is where learning can be fun:)

Our daughter looks foeward go going to math. She has grown tremendously in skills and confidence. She really enjoys getting to know the various teachers and personalities.
Mathnasium Livermore has helped my 7 year old daughter's confidence in math. She has learned different steps in figuring out the math problems. We all look at math problems differently and Mathnasium Livermore showed her different ways to figure out the math problem. Now when she does her math homework at home it isn't a fight. She uses the tools she learned to figure it out. I am so happy that I took that extra step to make sure my child is prepared and not behind in school, by having her go to Mathnasium.

The Owner/Operator, Jonathan, is the difference maker. He is patient and listens well. His clear communication style is very effective, both with children and parents. He explains things clearly, understands where others are coming from, and partners with parents on the child's learning path. In addition, my children enjoy the tutors and the location - they feel comfortable and productive there. You can tell its a successful operation because the place is seemingly always full of students who are working quietly with their tutors. The place is industrious and productive. I highly recommend the Livermore location to anyone in the area.
