Joe at the Livermore location did an amazing job evaluating Lucy before she started and he really understood her, her fears and her needs. With that the program we started on was perfect for her to feel comfortable so we could start adding harder items. I really appreciate the ability to book online, the team is always nice and Lucy is enjoying the experience - regardless of the fact she'd rather she didn't have to do it (but really what kid would want to?). I am very happy with their work with her. Thank you!

Our son was having problem with maths at school as he was slow and has time management issues. Most other private tutions had him work on tons of problems (busy work) without focussing on key concepts. Some even gave additional homework which made him even more tired when it came to doing his school homework.
At mathnasium they focussed more on explaining key concepts and just the right amount of practice to ensure he applied those concepts properly. They even help him with his school homework. All the teachers and especially Jonathan are great with kids. My son has been here for just a few months but the difference is remarkable.
Kids love to come to the center and learn new things. Everyone is very friendly and supportive.

Mathnasium is very well organized. They first identify kids’ weaknesses and then help them learn the math concepts they are weak in.
I knew from the first time talking with Joe that I was putting my son into a great place!! Your enthusiasm and sincerity in helping these kids is from your heart, I truly believe that! My son comes to Mathnasium three times a week and he is literally dragging me to the car to get to tutoring, my son is not the educational type he'd rather get his hands dirty, but I swear this program has changed his attitude towards math in such a positive way, I truly believe we will be coming here for the next four years. Not necessarily because we quote-unquote have to but because we want to. All of the tutors who have helped my daughter have been great with her. She really likes their personalities and she likes the way they teach and explain math. Her math grade has already improved in just a short time and this is thanks to the staff at Mathnasium. Jonathan, Ramon, and Jack have all been very nice to me every time I go into the learning center. In addition, their hours of operation work well for our schedule. We are very satisfied so far!
Saw the improvement of my kids from Day one, my kids look forward going to their class every week. The learn plan that Joe comes up with are very apt. The pre and post assessments show us the real improvement of our kids level of understanding.

My daughter gained confidence in Math, she used to be frustrated doing her homework and not wanting to do it anymore! I like their method because there’s no extra homework just plain exercises. I recommend for parents to try it if their child is struggling in Math. They make sure the child has a solid basic math foundation which is very important. My daughter’s grade is not A+ but from D to B- is already a big step for her... and besides she does her school math homework now by herself - less stress and frustration for both of us😊

My son loves this place!!! It makes math interesting and once my son felt successful, it built more confidence and a better learning experiences. He has been coming here since first grade I believe. It was a rough first year but now he’s in 3rd, persistence and also positive encouragements from both parties helped built the love and excitement coming here.

My son has found a place he relates to and also fills in the gaps that his math class can't do with the time allot in school. It has given him confidence and support, structure and helped him to dive in to learning math because he has a place he can ask and answer his questions. The staff is incredible and knowledgeable. They care about my child and make sure she understands what she is doing in math. They are very willing to work with her on current assignments and topics of need.

Great staff, always go extra mile to help you. Their goal is to make sure you understand the concept you you will be independently deal with it later. Person I know the most is Joe, he listens and guide you through the process and whatever needed to be done, he will take care of that.

But he does not have a hw. They are giving him extra sheets to do it according to his math level.
