I'm impressed that if stains reappear after the initial cleaning that the company will come back and do another cleaning at no charge to the customer.
When I told the technician that I might install new carpeting in one of the three bedrooms, he suggested that I think about removing the carpet and have a company finish off the edges and use the carpet in another area of the house. In my case, after the carpet was cleaned, I decided that I would take the suggestion made and install it in the living room as an area carpet.
The finished work is satisfactory. I am happy to have Derek back again. He was training Nevin, they both are vertY courteous and pleasant to have in my house.
