it's quick and water and everything comes out of the van. I do wish that after cleaning the upholstery, there would have been a fresher, clean smell.

I had the carpets cleaned and was very pleased with the professional care that Garrett Dodds showed in doing the work.
The overall effect left me quite satisfied. I do have one small dark streak that I think was missed possibly by the light or lack of near the back door. There was one of the same nature in the living room and Garrick came back in after he had put away the equipment and did it and it has dried up totally clean. Garrick Dodd was a very pleasant person to have in my home and his work was excellent. If possible I would like the above mentioned place tried again at a convenient time they are in my area. Garrick mentioned if anything showed up within 10 days to call and they would. I did not see any 2 other questions to answer except this one. Maybe they are yet to come. Thank you very much.
Nice and efficient job
I have used ServiceMaster at different locations for a number of years and have always been
pleased.
This time we are not satisfied with the path area from the living room to bedroom/bath.
Don't feel he gave it the special attention it needed as the soil mark seems to be as
prominent as before. It was our most soiled area and looks the same.
The young man did a very good job and his personality is an asset to your business.
The man Mr. Dodds was friendly and helpful. He did a great job in cleaning our rugs I was more than pleased with the job he did. He explained about the scothgard treatment and how it would help in the future since I have two cats. There was no pressure it just made sense. I have already told several people how I like ServiceMaster and I would highly recommend it.
I think the carpet and upholstery looks very clean and is what I expected. My mudroom floor runner did get left in the garage and the dogs had it in the front yard this morning. Other than that, everything was great!
