Very thorough and very conscientious: props up furniture on those foam thingies so it can dry properly, asks me quesitons to make sure he does the job the way I want. :)
Tech did a great job explaining what he would be doing and how the process worked. I felt he did a thorough job and took pride in his work.
My only complaint was that I was told he would be there at 8:30 and he didn't arrive until after 8:45. At 8:45 I called the office to see if I had the wrong date down at it was at least another 5-10 minutes before he arrived.

Having worked at the Corporate Offices in Downers Grove, I know the background of SM and trust the work ethic that is promoted.
The gentlemen who did the cleaning were very nice. The job was given to them at the last minute and while they did a good job, I feel it could have been a bit better in a few places, but know they were in a hurry as they had another appointment scheluled.
The two individuals that cleaned the carpet and couch yesterday did an amazing job! I could not have been more pleased.
