Very professional , did a great job on my carpet cleaning.
The young men were prompt, very polite, and worked hard to get the carpet as clean as possible. We had them do traffic areas only. They did a great job!
Upstairs was full of stains and some downstairs. I had to get amotjer compamy tp reclean the upstairs twp days later. I was unable to go up stairs but when it dried I had seone go up and check it amd they foumd it dirty.and stains. They tool pictures and showef.them to me.
I want a refund of at least half of what O paod your company. I am a member of Angie's List. I habe.not wrottem my review yet but I will. Also my charges did mot reflect my membership
Sam was very personable and he and Gabe did a great job. I have a few spots that have come out again, but the carpets look so much better and smell very clean.
The Service tech (Sam) was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The carpets were very dirty and he got them good as new.

On time, friendly workers and good service
I was quoted one price and charged another, your rep claimed I didn't tell her all of the rooms over the phone. Your serviceman was supposed to test the stains before he started since I explained that another company said they couldn't get the stains out and I would only have to pay for gas if he couldn't do the job. He boasted that he could do the job on site. Every stain still remains and I payed $307.50 instead of $187, so no I am not pleased. The carpet looks clean, but it does when I use my Hoover steamer, I wanted the stains removed

After cleaning, the urine smell in the carpet was amplified to the point that we had to rip it all out and replace. It would have been nice if the tech would have informed us that this might be the case so we wouldn't have wasted money on cleaning.
