None of the stains came up and the walk areas are still as dirty as they were. I know a lot of the stains were pet stains but I had just dirt stains too that didn't come up.

There are many spots still on the carpet. Technician said he was unable to get some out. I would like a re-service for the living room and try it one more time. Tech was very cordial and knowledgeable.

I liked that my area rug didn't have to be taken and the rate was reasonable.
One small stain spot remains in 1 bedroom. When I mentioned it to Tyler he said it wouldn't come out. Would have liked him to at least try a little extra
something to remove it. He did good job on all the other stains but that one is very visible.
