We have a large dog with light carpeting. Mike's work is unbelievable at getting it clean!

I didn't feel that family members could possibly get that house clean without using professionals. SM did an excellent job and gave peace of mind to this grandma!

Quick availability, courteous service, quick and good results.
Kevin arrived on time and worked hard. He explained what he was doing and answered all of my questions. Our carpets were fresh and clean when he was done.

The gentleman that was here a couple of days ago, Mike, also did a good job. When he left the thought that came to me was that he really seems to like his job and take pride in what he does. Very refreshing in this world we live in today.

Your employee, Kevin, was absolutely fantastic. He did a great job cleaning our carpet and really "knocked himself out" working hard to get the spots out. He did a great job cleaning the carpet!!! Very personable, pleasant young man. I think he deserves a raise for all his hard work and doing such a fine job. I love that once the carpet has been cleaned there is no feeling of any residue left on the carpet. We have used your company I think three or four times now and have always been very pleased every time. Unfortunately Kevin said you no longer participate with coupons in the "Yellow Pages" and that is truly unfortunate, especially for we seniors on a fixed income.

The carpet had a awful smell after the gentleman left. I kept fans on it for a whole week which seemed to help the smell. Now that it is dry, the carpet looks dirty again??? I have used you for a lot of years and this is the first time I have experienced this. Our carpet is only 4 years old so I am not planning on having it replaced any time soon. We also use you at work (my recommendation). Very disappointed.
Technician arrived at the time expected and did a good job of explaining the steps he uses in cleaning the sofa. I was pleased with the results and would recommend your company to friends.
