How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The entry way grout was left dark by the doorway- and a rust spot was untouched in the grout. In kitchen- the edges around room looked dirty still. I called and left a message for Ron to call me back and he didn't.

I have not seen the "cleaned" house yet - but already I have received favorable comment ("They did a fantastic job!") from our Realtor. I was especially pleased that I could arrange the cleaning so quickly - and from out-of-town. Thank you!

Our carpets were so wet that it took from Friday afternoon to Sunday morning before we were comfortable to walk on them. Don't remember experiencing that amount of wetness before.

Your people are very knowledgeable, polite, respectful, and thorough. My person went the extra mile for me. I didn't have time to carry my area rug from my wood floor to my four seasons porch so I wasn't going to have it cleaned this time. The tech carried the area rug to the porch for me and cleaned it! What a blessing!!

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

One employee seemed more concerned with his personal preferences than our needs. I had a potential electrician coming in to fix an attic fan and requested that they wait to do that area last. The man was somewhat rude and said he worked his way out of the house. Upon leaving, they asked if it looked fine. Unable to fully see all of their work, I said I thought it was good. After they left, my wife and I found out that the tile hadn't been fully cleaned around the edges (1 inch away from the wall was still dirty). I called in (just before 5:00) and asked if that was standard with the equipment used. The woman I spoke to said the employee had left and I would be receiving a phone call from someone to make the situation right. Since Wednesday afternoon, I haven't heard from anyone at ServiceMaster. I am putting the house on the market tomorrow and it just needs to be fixed before I have clients coming through the house.
This response sounds like I am upset - I am not. (Just trying to make sure the house is ready!)

What do you like about our residential cleaning services?

The two young men who came to clean my windows were professional, courteous, personable and exacting in their work. This is the tenth May in a row that I have had Service Master out to clean my lake home windows and I always look forward to the sparkling results when they leave!
