I guess I needed to be more specific on what I wanted done. I wanted the condo cleaned and ready to show to propective buyers. The light fixtures were supposed to be cleaned and the one in the kitchen still had bugs in it. I thought the spider webs on the ceilings were supposed to be cleaned, and they were not. One large walk-in closest was missed completely. Many of the drawers in the kitchen and bathrooms were not wiped out. Nothing huge, just a lack of communication about what was supposed to be done.

Everyone with whom we interacted was friendly, professional and very good at what they did. Bonnie, Steve and Kevin were wonderful and the job was very well done.

It was quick and cleaned up very well and like the fact they use all their own equipment and water. Worker was very good in moving things and putting everything back in its place.

The carpets are so clean! The technician also gave us some tips on keeping it clean and what to do if the "high traffic" problem areas come back sooner than we want. We were very pleased and will be using ServiceMaster again!
