Lisa & Rachelle provided me - and most importantly- my seller personalized attention. My seller was very detail oriented & a bit difficult at times, Lisa handled her correctly & reached out to me along the way to interject when appropriate. And Rachelle spearheaded researching the sellers trust name and sorting out the discrepancies prior to closing which was paramount because my seller was recently widowed and fragile and not exactly sure about the name of the trust and that there was an unknown mortgage on the property! Yeah it’s never simple. I am so thankful we get to work together.

Your close Jodi was absolutely phenomenal. She went way above the call of duty. On closing day Ortonville's internet was down and admin could not get mortgage documents to print, etc. Jodi helped to resolve the internet issues as well as tried to resolve the printer issues. We ended up not being able to resolve printer issues and she took Buyers/Sellers to the Ortonville REO office to finish closing. I would have been lost without her she's a Gem!!!!

There were a few surprises on the title. Autumn was able to identify them. Address them and made them nearly seamless. My client had to sign a payoff request or 3. But we got through it unscathed.
