Lisa was very pro-active in managing my sellers who were very nervous and had many questions about closing and didn't trust the buyer. Lisa managed these high-maintaince clients very well! So appreciate that! And in the same transaction Rachelle also managed absentee buyers agent and broker who were do-nothings, which made it difficult to get to the closing table but she stayed on top of it and made it happen for my sellers.
