Everyone at Capital is very professional and courteous, especially under the pressure of changing schedules, trouble shooting, and challenging clients. Kristin is my usual point person, and there were two recent transactions (Sell and Buy), same clients, and we had to deal with 11th hour issues with the lender on one side, and the split Title Company on the other side. Kristin's calm demeanor assured us that everything would go smoothly, and it did! The closers are also always very professional, patient, and willing to thouroughly explain every detail, and answer every question.
The entire team is very responsive and detail oriented. I know my closings will be worry free and correct.
