I especially enjoy the Sculpt class if I am looking to get a workout. I tried C2 but felt that the class was awkward in that there wasn't consistent "flow" between the poses. My instructor was probably new and sometimes instructed us to make abrupt changes between poses instead of creating a relaxing and natural flow.

Great studio. A lot of bathroom space, friendly staff. I did the yoga sculpt class and it was exactly what I was wanting - yoga with a twist of cardio and weights!

Perfect balance of yoga's mental and emotional benefits, while still feeling like a workout. Often, you get one or the other. A gentle, spiritual practice that is all stretch, or a bootcamp-style workout that skips the holistic aspects of a successful yoga practice.

The instructor in the cleanliness of the facility. Unlike a lot of yoga studios there was not a lot of noise and voice chatter inside of the room prior to class .

I LOVE the classes. They are so wonderful. And I love how many options you have during the day! My only complaint is that y'all's prices are STEEP. It's easy to find yoga for $15 around ATL so your classes are definitely more.

The studio is so luxury ! Showering facilities are better than the ones I have at my own home ! Shampoo has aloe in it -- isn't some cheap generic stuff that rips at your hair. I was so impressed with the studio from when I entered to when I exited. Top of the line everything and super friendly staff ! Thank you !!

I love the mix of yoga with core workout. I also love the intimacy of the PCM location from the two classrooms to the locker room. The space never feels crowded. The clothes are a little pricey however I love the designs. Overall the instructors are great! I had one teacher whom I felt speed through the poses however I still had a great practice.

If I could add anything, I would ask that the floors be cleaned with a smell good cleaner. The smell of sweat is unpleasant.
