This was my first visit to Ponce City Market. I live in SD. I appreciate that no matter the location Corepower manages to have friendly, expert teachers, cleanliness, and quality standards. The instructors are very interactive and I had immediate results with my lower back pain. I received more mental clarity which was a bonus since I initially came in with back pain.
