Cleanliness, everything is new, instructors are mostly very nice and helpful

Strengths: I like the many choice of class times throughout the day from early morning to late evening. I like the 1 hour class duration vs a longer duration which is easier to fit into a busy schedule. I like the variety of vinyasa yoga levels offered. I like the ample free parking. I like the quality of instruction thus far.

Areas for improvement: For the membership fee, I feel towel service should be complimentary. I find the bathrooms and showers could be cleaner. I wish more classes offered more inversions and arm balances as part of the practice. I've seen students wear shoes into the studio and wish management would enforce no shoes in studio policy as it is unsanitary.

Everyone is so nice and the studio is clean and modern. It's very inviting and the yoga is awesome.

Meditation,Cardio,and Strength Training all squeezed into one hour! For anyone with a busy lifestyle you can't beat it.

Great classes, teachers who clearly care about their students, and who make sure classes are both challenging and encouraging.

I really appreciate how many classes are offered through out the day. My schedule changes all the time and it is nice to know if I miss my usual class, I will certainly be able to make it up at another hour. I like how early classes start and how late they go until. Each teacher is different and brings new insight and movement.

Love the clean studio, friendly staff and that there are lots of classes to choose from throughout the day. The two class's I've taken were a great mix of stretching, strengthening and relaxing. The heated room adds a great extra intensity.

I like how the instructors are nice and friendly. I've taken a class by Brit and Stephanie & I loved it. They encourage me to do my best and help me when I'm falling during the poses and positions. They make everyone feel welcome and comfortable. Stephanie especially is so comforting and encourages you to not give up and do your best. The language they use and their verbal encouragement is so motivating and supporting. I also love how it's very clean in the entire studio and doesn't smell like sweat. Most workout places smell terrible. Core power yoga smells fresh and clean. I just wish the girls locker room was bigger. We need more lockers because some girls leave their stuff on the floor of the locker room cause of lack of lockers.

I enjoy that the teachers each have their unique teaching methods which allows for a novice experience every class. I have gone to classes where the teachers seem scripted in their teaching style, so I appreciate that individuality shows.

It was my first experience with yoga studio and really likes it because the instructors are friendly and understandable to students. Even though I'm beginner, it wasn't difficult to me to follow the class or feel uncomfortable about myself in the class.

I really enjoy the C1 experience though I feel it might not be suitable to recommend Corepower yoga if someone has an issue with heat and yoga

The class is really focused on being yourself and achieving your own personal goal. Not to mention it's a great sweat and my body feels amazing after.

Great location with excellent parking. A variety of classes with numerous teachers, which allows for tough workouts that have variety. Love the atmosphere of the studio! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. AND! The music is always on point. :)

Studio was very clean. Instructor was great, challenging and helpful. I like the heated yoga and the changing rooms after. Very likely to come back.

I like the variety of classes that are offered each week. Free parking is a huge plus. It's in a good location and close to my home. I've had classes with multiple instructors and they are each different in a great way. I always enjoy coming to a class.
